In 2006-2007, 438 complaints were received. In 2007-2008, 742 complaints were received. In 2008-2009, 821 complaints were received. In 2009-2010, 752 complaints were received. In 2010-2011, 775 complaints were received. In 2011-2012, 1873 complaints were received. In 2012-2013, 604 complaints were received.
