Graph displaying the number of complaints received by the Public Service Staffing Tribunal from 2005 to 2014. In 2005-2006, 15 complaints were received. In 2006-2007, 438 complaints were received. In 2007-2008, 742 complaints were received. In 2008-2009, 821 complaints were received. In 2009-2010, 752 complaints were received. In 2010-2011, 775 complaints were received. In 2011-2012, 1873 complaints were received. In 2012-2013, 604 complaints were received. In 2013-2014, 551 complaints were received.

Graph displaying the number of mediations conducted and, of these, the number which resulted in resolving the complaint. In 2006-07, 49 mediations were conducted, and 35 complaints were resolved. In 2007-08, 119 mediations were conducted, and 96 complaints were resolved. In 2008-09, 175 mediations were conducted, and 158 complaints were resolved. In 2009-10, 201 mediations were conducted, and 175 complaints were resolved. In 2010-11, 236 mediations were conducted, and 201 complaints were resolved. In 2011-12, 277 mediations were conducted, and 186 complaints were resolved. In 2012-13, 168 mediations were conducted, and 129 complaints were resolved. In 2013-14, 155 mediations were conducted, and 126 complaints were resolved
