James Knopp

Mr. Knopp is a highly qualified adjudicator with over thirty-five years of experience in Canadian law enforcement. Since 2008, he has adjudicated over 200 cases, including grievances and appeals, as an adjudicator with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Mr. Knopp has also been an appointed member of the Council of the Ontario College of Teachers since March 2016.
Mr. Knopp holds a Bachelor of Laws from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours in Economics) from Concordia University.
