E-Docs Portal

As part of the modernization of our information management processes, a document sharing portal has been developed to facilitate the exchange of information. The e-Docs Portal will allow you to share large documents without having to divide them into multiple submissions and to share them in real time during a hearing, as needed.

Since June 2023, all the parties before the Board had the opportunity to submit their hearing documents via the e-Docs Portal. The transmission of documents through the Portal will become mandatory as of June 3, 2024.

Please consult the following links for more information on how to register and use the Portal, and how to name the documents.

Parties to a hearing will also receive an email notification prior to the hearing reminding them to register to the Portal and providing them further instructions.
